Q; Stop analysing the vector file.

One line is one cycle and one vector.
A void cycle is a void line (or beginning
with ';') A vector is, for each cycle, a
coma-separated list of upcase letters
with parameters when needed.

One can put comments after the end of the
vector file (like here) or after a ';' placed
just after the last command (spaces are not
filtered). This is a really dumb parser,
you've been warned.
